Since I have written two things already, an introduction.

So a little about myself. My name is Kellie and I am turning the dreaded big 30 this November. I am married to Marco and have been for the past 5 years :). He is in the NG and we have gone through him being deployed twice to Iraq. Unfortunately it looks like one last deployment next Spring to Afghanistan. :(

We have a beautiful, amazing, sweet and funny daughter. Her name is Alana and she is 6 years old. She will be 7 in November and she is almost done with kindergarten. She loves to Irish Step dance, play soccer, and sing. She also does ballet, tap and jazz and wants to try gymnastics. She is always smiling and is the light of our lives. I am a SAHM mom to Alana and have been since she was born.

Since Alana went to school full time this year, I decided to do the same. I went back to college to finish getting my degree to teach elementary school. I am so much more driven now than I was years ago. I have made the Dean's list both semesters this year and I love being a student again.

I love to travel especially to Ireland and Scotland. I have my Irish citizenship and many cousins whom I love that live in Ireland and I take any chance I can to see them. I also have amazing in-laws in Scotland since my husband is from Scotland so we try to go and visit them as often as I can. I have two beautiful nieces there and I wish we lived closer to them.

I am very family oriented and I consider myself lucky to have such a big, amazing family... in-laws included. I have two sisters and two brothers that I am very close too. Alana is lucky because she has an uncle Shane who is 10 months older than her and an aunt Deirdre who is 5 1/2 years older than her so they are like siblings.

I love the beach and I love to shop. I could spend everyday at the beach and never leave lol. I could never live in the middle of the country where I couldn't see the ocean.

My husband and I are hoping to be blessed soon with another pregnancy but we are trying to wait patiently.

I am Catholic and a moderate Conservative. I am NOT a fan of Obama and I am anxiously awaiting November 2010 to vote out many of the congress members that we have now and November 2012 to vote out Obama. I hope that we get some good candidates though that can fix economics.
